TAPI collaborates with Pisay for Invent School Program expansion

The Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI) conducts its first ever trainors’ training under the DOST-HRDP funding on August 27-29 in Baguio City. The trainors’ training entitled “Capacity Building for Philippine Science High School (PSHS) for the Invent School Implementation” aims to produce pool of expert and future mentors for the Invent School Program (ISP). A total of 48 participants completed the training, who are composed of campus directors, faculty members and students from PSHS campuses in Ilocos, Bicol, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, MIMAROPA, CAR, and NCR attended the event.

Mr. Caezar Angelito E. Arceo, Supervising Science Research Specialist of TAPI and Dr. Lilia T. Habacon, Executive Director of the PSHS graced the opening ceremony of the trainors’ training.

PSHS students joyfully participates with the workshop on creative problem solving.

PSHS students presented their output in one of the workshops prepared by TAPI. They were to identify all the possible intellectual properties of the item they were given with.
